Mackenzie Investments announces proposed fund mergers and investment objective change to streamline and strengthen product shelf Français
TORONTO, April 26, 2019 /CNW/ - Mackenzie Investments is streamlining its product shelf with the announcement of three mergers. The proposed mergers, to be implemented on or about August 16, 2019, are:

Additional proposed change
Investors of Mackenzie Canadian Resource Fund1 are being asked to approve a change to the Fund's investment objectives that will enable the Fund to invest in shares of resource companies operating anywhere in the world.2
1 These changes are subject to approval by the investors of these funds. Investors of record as of May 24, 2019 will receive a notice of meeting prior to a special meeting of investors held on or about July 24, 2019. If approved, the changes will take effect on or about August 16, 2019. |

2 If this change is approved and implemented, the Fund's name will become Mackenzie Global Resource Fund. |
