MISSISSAUGA, ON, July 29, 2015 /CNW/ - Magellan Aerospace Corporation (the "Corporation") announces that at the annual meeting of shareholders of the Corporation (the "Meeting") held on May 12, 2015 the proposed nominees for directors of the Corporation received the following votes:
