Magna Named One of the Best Places to Work in Canada
- Magna receives Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award
- Recognition based on employee reviews, opinions and ratings
- Reflects commitment to being employer of choice
AURORA, ON, Dec. 7, 2016 /CNW/ - Magna International Inc. announced today it was named among the winners of the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award, recognizing the Best Places to Work in 2017 in Canada. The Employees' Choice Awards program relies solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via Glassdoor, a global employer review website.
"We are honored to be ranked as one of the best places to work," said Don Walker, Chief Executive Officer. "We are committed to being an employer of choice and providing a culture that fosters professional growth and equal opportunity to our employees."
Glassdoor evaluated the reviews based on three criteria: quality, quantity and consistency. Magna's overall rating and CEO approval rating were also factored into the methodology.
The Best Places to Work are determined using company reviews shared by Canada-based employees between November 2, 2015, and October 30, 2016.
