Magor to Receive Up to $500,000 from FedDev Ontario

OTTAWA, March 18, 2013 /CNW/ - Magor Corporation (TSXV: MCC), a global leader in visual collaboration solutions, announced today that it is receiving a contribution of up to $500,000 from the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario). This contribution will be used by Magor to develop a version of its visual collaboration workspace, a dynamic alternative to the traditional video conference that will be more accessible to small businesses. This new version of Magor's software solution will also allow Magor to expand its reach with the option of distributing the technology through telecommunications partners to their existing customer base. This Magor technology facilitates visual collaborative workflow at a distance without the need for expensive hardware and network infrastructure.

FedDev Ontario funding for this project has enabled Magor to attract up to $1 million in angel and venture capital investment from members of the Southwestern Ontario Angel Group, and Wesley Clover International Corporation. The Company expects to create up to 12 high-value, full-time jobs as a result of this project.
