Major repairs at the Sainte-Thérèse water treatment plant - Drinking water cut to some Rosemère streets and businesses Français
ROSEMÈRE, QC, Sept. 6, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Major repairs to the Sainte-Thérèse water treatment plant will result in the temporary cut-off of drinking water to certain Rosemère streets and businesses.
Drinking water will be cut as of 11 p.m., Tuesday, September 6 for an undetermined length of time. The Town of Sainte-Thérèse, which serves some sectors of Rosemère, will do everything in its power to restore the situation by tomorrow morning. Until then, residents are invited to stock up on drinking water.
Rosemère streets affected by this temporary water cut-off are:
- De Clervaux
- Filiatrault
- De Langloiserie
- Cousineau
- André-Gilles Lauzon
- Lauréanne
- Colonial
- Du Vieux-moulin
- Rosebourg
- Lucerne
- Montée Sanche
Businesses affected by this measure are located at:
- 155, 255, 257, 259, 265, 339, 399, and 407 Labelle Blvd.
- 1 and 5 Bouthillier Blvd.
- 5 Grande-Côte Road
Preventive boil-water advisory
This temporary water cut-off will be followed by a boil-water advisory. Once water service has been restored, residents must bring their water to a rolling boil for one minute before consuming it. For further details on the boil-water advisory, go to www.ville.rosemere.qc.ca
