Mantis Terminates Sale of its Cree Lake Property

TORONTO, Sept. 24, 2013 /CNW/ - Mantis Minerals Inc. (the "Corporation") (CNSX:MYN) announces that it has terminated its agreement to sell its Cree Lake property and will seek other opportunities to monetize the property.

On May 22, 2013, the Corporation announced that it had entered into an agreement to sell its Cree Lake Property comprising of 18 claims located in the Swayze Township, Ontario.  The transaction was scheduled to be completed on August 3, 2013, subject to certain closing conditions.  The closing date was subsequently extended to accommodate closing.  As certain closing conditions have not been satisfied, Mantis has terminated the agreement to sell the Cree Lake property and is seeking other opportunities.
