PERTH , Western Australia , Nov. 30 /CNW/ - Mantra Resources Limited ('the Company') (ASX: MRU, TSX: MRL) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today, 30 November 2009 , at 3.00pm (AWST).

The resolutions voted on were in accordance with the Notice of Annual General Meeting previously advised to the Australian Securities Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange.
