Author Jean Marc Beausoleil paints a candid, uncensored portrait of the Quebec activist's twenty year journey towards marijuana legalization.
Starting out as a small time dealer he went on to play bass for Quebec's legendary alternative band "Grimskunk". Now a member of the Liberal Party of Canada and registered lobbyist, Boris has constantly adapted to the ever changing landscape on the road to his singular objective: legalizing marijuana.
