Marc Faber to Present Closing Keynote Address at The World MoneyShow Vancouver

SARASOTA, Fla., March 26, 2012 /CNW/ - MoneyShow, the world's leading producer of investment tradeshows and cruises, is pleased to announce that Marc Faber, PhD, will present a closing keynote address at The World MoneyShow Vancouver, being held March 27-29, 2012, at the Vancouver Convention Centre East. Dr. Faber's keynote address is entitled: "The Causes and Investment Implications of Dishonest Money."

In his closing keynote address, Dr. Faber will discuss the unintended consequences of large fiscal deficits and expansionary monetary policies. He will also detail the causes and consequences of the ongoing shift in the balance of economic and political power from the most developed countries to emerging economies and show how investors can play this shift for profits. In addition, he will share his views on the worst and best assets to own in the next ten years.

Dr. Faber established Marc Faber Limited in 1990, which acts as an investment advisor and fund manager. He publishes the widely read monthly investment newsletter, The Gloom Boom & Doom Report, which highlights unusual investment opportunities. Dr. Faber is also the author of several books including Tomorrow's Gold—Asia's Age of Discovery, which was on Amazon's bestseller list for several weeks. He is a regular contributor to several leading financial publications around the world. Well known for his "contrarian" investment approach, Dr. Faber is also a regular speaker at various investment seminars. He has a PhD in economics magna cum laude from the University of Zurich.
