QUÉBEC CITY, Feb. 8, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - The long-awaited March break is fast approaching. Sépaq has put together very special programming so that families will have a vast array of choice each and every day during this high point of the year. In addition to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, we offer skating, rallies, ice fishing, hiking, fat biking, and evening activities, including torchlight snowshoe outings, astronomy evenings and many other activities to delight the children, as anything that puts off bedtime will do. There are even culinary activities! Aquarium du Québec also offers a daytime schedule for March break in addition to presenting its nightly not-to-missed Festi Lumière from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Stay in nature's midst
The activity that offers the most memorable and rewarding experience for the family is definitely an overnight stay in nature. A few days in a cabin in the snowy forest will do the children a world of good! They're only too happy to expend all sorts of energy and not always aware that they're creating their own best childhood memories.
The accommodations available on Sépaq's website make it possible to quickly organize a family stay immersed in nature. It's worth noting that a number of cabins and even a few yurts are still available at the following establishments:

It's family time!
At all times, access to cross-country ski and snowshoe trails is free of charge for all visitors staying overnight on site. Parents will also be pleasantly surprised to find out that daily access to cross-country ski and snowshoe trails, as well as complete equipment for these sports, is entirely free of charge for young people 17 years of age and under in the company of their families. For little ones that are not yet donning skis or snowshoes, child transportation sleds are loaned free of charge at certain centres.
