Marineland Partners with Canadian Company FDK Supply Canada Inc. To Get Needed KN95 Masks to Niagara First Responders
NIAGARA FALLS, ON, April 7, 2020 /CNW/ - There are 22,000 additional KN95 masks in the hands of Niagara Region's EMS and the City of Niagara Falls Fire Service today due to the work of Marineland Canada and Canadian company FDK Supply Canada Inc.
A total of 20,000 KN95 masks were delivered to the Niagara Emergency Medical Services, with an additional 2,000 being provided to the City of Niagara Falls Fire Department as well.
"We are so proud of the work being done by front line workers to keep Niagara residents safe and wanted to do our part to help. That's why my team reached out to Mayor Jim Diodati and the Niagara Region Health Network staff to see how we could help," said Marie Holer, of Marineland Canada. "Together with FDK Supply Canada Inc., we were able to secure 22,000 KN95 masks for first responders in our community and we are grateful for all the work EMS and Fire Service employees are doing to help our community during this difficult time."
Marineland and FDK Supply Canada Inc. are continuing to seek out opportunities to help the local and regional efforts here in Niagara Falls and the Niagara Region.

Our staff have implemented additional health and safety protocols to protect our workplace and are continuing to monitor COVID-19 developments in the Province and Region to make decisions regarding our operational calendar for 2020.
