Marlies fight Jan blues with fab Feb giveaway

TORONTO, Jan. 22, 2013 /CNW/ - Toronto Marlies Hockey club is offering sports fans some attractive freebies that are sure to scare away the January blues. 

"To lift fans' spirits today we are inviting families to join us for a 50% discount on tickets for our Family Day game against the Hershey Bears, but there is only one way to get them", says Marlies Communications Manager Eric Benbauer. 

The hockey club has partnered with family focused charity World Vision Canada who has set up the game site where fans can get their discounted tickets at www.worldvision.ca/marlies  

Families can also participate in a family skate, games for the kids, VIP Passes for the Fan Tunnel, VIP Passes to be a Flag kid for the National Anthem, Zamboni Ride, become a Future Star, tour of the Dressing Room and more.
