Marsulex announces quarterly dividend

TORONTO , Sept. 17 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Marsulex Inc. (TSX: MLX) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 18.5 cents (Cdn) per share payable on November 13, 2009 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on October 15, 2009 .
