Martin Hall, Kenneth Bagan join HSE Board of Directors

CALGARY, June 28 /CNW/ - HSE Integrated Ltd. ("HSE" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that effective today Martin Hall of Canmore, Alberta and Kenneth ("Ken") Bagan of Calgary, Alberta have joined HSE's Board of Directors.

Mr. Hall replaces Michael Kelly who joined the HSE board in 2005. Mr. Kelly has taken an international assignment and resigned from the HSE board effective today. Mr. Hall will assume Mr. Kelly's role as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Bagan replaces Alexander ("Sandy") Adam of Burlington, Ontario who joined the HSE board in 2006 but resigned to reduce cross-country travel. Mr. Bagan will replace Mr. Adam as Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee.

Martin Hall is a Chartered Accountant who has been involved with the oilfield services sector since 1994. He was the Senior Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Tesco Corporation until 2003. He has served as the audit committee chair for Drillers Technology Corporation and Wellco Energy Services Trust. He has held other finance advisory positions with Saxon Energy Services Ltd., Turnkey E&P Inc., and APA Engineering.

Mr. Ken Bagan joined Nowsco Well Service in 1997 as a field operator and, after getting his law degree, assumed the position of Nowsco's general counsel. He joined Tesco Corporation in 1997 where he held positions of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Vice-President Business Development and Senior Vice-President of Service Operations. He was the President and CEO of Wellco Energy Services Trust and is currently the President and CEO of Enerchem International Ltd.
