TRURO, NS and HALIFAX, NS, Feb. 11, 2022 /CNW/ - Members of the media are invited to apply for accreditation to cover the public proceedings of the Mass Casualty Commission ("the Commission"), which begin February 22, 2022.
Accredited media will be granted access to designated media areas, including reserved media seating during in-person events (COVID-19 dependent) and advance access to Commission documents before they are made public, including the Foundational Documents. Those who would like advance access to the Commission's documents will be required to sign a confidentiality undertaking.
Media who choose not to be accredited will have access to public seating during in-person events (COVID dependent), real-time webcasts of public proceedings, and documents as they are entered into evidence and posted on the Commission website.
