TORONTO, Sept. 11, 2018 /CNW/ - Mattamy Group Corporation ("Mattamy"), the largest privately owned homebuilder in North America, today announced key operating results for the fourth quarter ended May 31, 2018 and posted full financial results for the fourth quarter on Intralinks.

Fourth Quarter 2018 Key Operating Highlights

  • Homes closed increased 9.3% to 3,147 from 2,880 in the prior year quarter
  • Net sales orders decreased 6.2% to 1,684 homes from 1,796 homes in the prior year quarter
  • Sales order backlog decreased 6.6% to 6,818 units from 7,299 units in the prior year quarter

Full Year May 31, 2018 Key Operating Highlights

  • Homes closed increased 5.9% to 7,163 from 6,762 in the prior year period
  • Net sales orders increased 0.1% to 6,545 homes from 6,541 homes in the prior year period
