NAPLES, FL, June 27, 2016 /CNW/ - Mattamy Homes, North America's largest privately owned homebuilder, is pleased to announce its entry into its newest market in the United States – Naples, Florida. "We believe that Naples will nicely complement our other Florida divisions in Tampa-Sarasota, Jacksonville and Orlando, and is the next great opportunity for us to build the Mattamy brand and business in this large and growing market," says Jim Leiferman, President of Mattamy's US Group. "We're very much looking forward to being able to offer the unique Mattamy designs and communities to homebuyers in Naples."
Mattamy plans to introduce a rich variety of housing product to Naples, with prices and choice that are guaranteed to appeal to a wide variety of potential homeowners.
The company's first community in Naples will be Compass Landing, located in North Naples and offering modern, stylish and affordable single-family homes minutes from the famous beaches and with quick access to I-75 for easy commutes.
"Research has indicated that local homebuyers may be under the impression that the North Naples' lifestyle is out of their grasp, but our quality affordable single family homes starting in the $300s will prove that their dreams are within their sights." says, Ed Suchora, Mattamy's Tampa-Sarasota Division President.
Compass Landing will offer 10 new single-family home plans with 30 unique elevations. The home plans include both single- and two-story designs. Compass Landing was designed by architects exclusively for the community based on focus groups and local customer feedback. It will include a stunning 2,600 sq. ft. amenity center with a resort-style pool, fitness facility, tot lot, and clubhouse. The Mattamy Sales Center will open in August and will feature three fully furnished single-family model homes.
Mattamy will also be developing a 37-acre site in East Naples, and looks forward to working with Collier County staff, the Community Redevelopment Agency and neighbors to thoughtfully design a plan that is compatible with the surrounding community.
