McCOY GLOBAL NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND RECORD DATE
EDMONTON, AB, April 25, 2022 /CNW/ - McCoy Global Inc. ("McCoy," "McCoy Global" or "the Corporation") (TSX: MCB) today provides notice that the Annual General Meeting (the "Meeting") of the holders of common shares ("Common Shares") of the Corporation will be held at McCoy's Corporate office, on the 23rd day of June 2022 at the hour of 8:00 a.m. MDT. The date for determination of the shareholders entitled to receive Notice of the Meeting and vote shall be holders of Common Shares of the Corporation of record at the close of business on May 20, 2022.
As a part of the Corporations' commitment to ongoing Board renewal and evolution, Mr. Christopher T. Seaver announced his decisions not to stand for re-election at the Meeting.
