McMillan recognized - again - as one of the best places to work in Ottawa
"Receiving this honour last year really inspired us to stay focused on the quality of work life here at the agency," says Gordon McMillan, founder and president of McMillan. "We took a hard look at our team's responses to last year's survey and made some changes that I think made McMillan an even better place to work. Among the changes McMillan introduced are town hall meetings to provide more information to staff and regular one-on-one meetings between individuals and their managers. "Show and tell" and "lunch and learn" sessions allow project teams to present their work and share what they learned in the process.
