OTTAWA, March 21, 2012 /CNW/ - On behalf of the Honourable James Moore, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, Shelly Glover, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Finance and Member of Parliament (Saint Boniface), will make an announcement about the Francophone community in Manitoba on Thursday.
