Mr. Bruinooge will be accompanied by Rick Dykstra, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and Member of Parliament (St. Catharines), and Rochus Pronk, Chargé d'Affaires and Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Canada.
