TORONTO, April 14, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Canadians have ranked one hundred and fifty of Canada's largest companies and on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2015, one will take the crown, topping the competition and taking home the 2015 Randstad Award and the sought after title of Canada's Most Attractive Employer.
More than 9,500 Canadian jobseekers and potential employees were polled to determine perceptions of some of Canada's most well-known companies. Taking in account Canada's fluctuating economy and growing skills mismatch, the importance of a strong employer brand that resonates with job seekers' has never been more crucial to attracting the right talent. Canada's business elite will be in attendance at the Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto to witness the big reveal selected by the Canadian workforce – The 2015 Randstad Award.
