OTTAWA, Aug. 16, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - On Thursday, August 18, the Capital Fair will be opening a day early for Hydro Ottawa Special Needs Day. For the 16th year, Hydro Ottawa is welcoming hundreds of children and adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities to an exclusive day at the fair. The event provides guests with an experience that may otherwise be impossible for them to enjoy by ensuring access to slowed-down midway rides, smaller crowds, special facilities and volunteers to lift guests onto the rides.
