As part of Child Abuse Prevention month, the Award recognizes local heroes who take action against child abuse and neglect.

WHAT:	Stand Up for Kids Award Ceremony
	Minister of Children and Youth Services Tracy MacCharles will present the 15^th Annual Stand Up for Kids Awards to two individuals who have shown an exceptional commitment to protecting vulnerable children from abuse and neglect.
	The Stand Up for Kids Award is sponsored by the Children's Aid Society of Toronto, Catholic Children's Aid Society of Toronto, Jewish Family & Child and Native Child and Family Services of Toronto.
