Montréal Museums Day (MMD) draws on local museums' openness to the world, as crossroads of cultures whose diversity represents their sense of belonging, their rich traditions and their identities and heritage. MMD salutes museums' role in preserving and showcasing our city's identity through the many cultures shaping modern-day Montréal. It also reflects museums' interest in sharing, innovating and applying new technologies and social media to convey their commitment and passion.
MMD is presented by Québecor, in co-operation with the STM and many other partners.
