Media Advisory - 65th Annual Ontario Professional Engineers Awards to Celebrate Engineering Excellence

Featuring an address by the Hon. Brad Duguid, Minister of Economic Development and Innovation

TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Steeped in six-and-a-half decades of tradition, the Ontario Professional Engineers Awards Gala is the province's most prestigious engineering event of the year. Proudly co-presented by the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE) and Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), the annual gala brings together industry innovators, academic thought leaders and policy makers to celebrate and be inspired by engineering excellence and achievement.

This year's Gala will also honour the sacrifices and achievements of Canada's military engineers and will feature a keynote address by Col. Jennie Carignan, M.A.J., CD, Chief of Staff, Land Forces Central Area / Joint Task Force Central, Canadian Forces.
