CALGARY, Dec. 6, 2013 /CNW/ - The fallout of the 2012 Nexen-CNOOC deal was revamped federal policy around foreign state-owned enterprises investing in Canadian businesses. Now, these sorts of deals will only be approved under exceptional circumstances. Has the federal government got it right? Are there better alternatives out there?
