OTTAWA, Feb. 22, 2016 /CNW/ - Environmental groups will hold a press conference in Ottawa to discuss a cross-border proposal on how governments assess climate impacts of energy projects and policies. The groups will articulate why implementing a climate test for energy projects is a practical and critical next step for Canada to live up to the Paris Agreement. The groups will discuss the benefits of a strong Canada/US climate test and call for more climate and clean energy collaboration between the two countries.
