WHAT:	On November 30^th, Allstate Canada will hold their "Safe Winter Driving Seminar in Ottawa.  The free public event will be an interactive evening for parents and teens to learn from experts on how to stay safe while driving this winter.  Some of the topics to be covered include: - Collision avoidance and defensive driving for winter conditions. -  Emergency preparedness during winter -  Car maintenance: Preparing your car for the winter months and how to keep your car in top shape during the winter      - Insurance education: What every family should know about making changes to your policy
