Lacroix, the Government Film Commissioner and Chairperson of the National Film Board of Canada (NFB), Mr. Tom Perlmutter, as well as the president of The Historica-Dominion Institute, Mr. Anthony Wilson-Smith, will announce an initiative promoting Canadian culture resulting of a partnership between the corporations.
