Media Advisory - Announcement of the finalists for the prestigious Mercuriades business Awards
MONTRÉAL, March 10, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - The Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ) is pleased to invite media representatives to a press conference on Friday, March 13, to unveil the finalists of the 35th annual Mercuriades Awards, the much coveted contest of Québec business, trade and entrepreneurship.
Since 1981, the Mercuriades have remained faithful to their mission to reward and promote the expertise, creativity and excellence of Québec businesses. In 35 years, the competition has received more than 10,000 applications, selected 5,000 finalists and announced 550 winners, 95% of which are still in business today. The 2015 edition has markedly increased the number of applications by 32%.
Most of the finalists will be attending the press conference.
