The event will be held in the presence of the Mayor of Longueuil, Ms. Caroline St-Hilaire.
The new finishing line, representing an investment of $27 million, will support the company's development over the next few years and enable it to produce value-added steel products, including angles, for local and international markets. It is part of ArcelorMittal Long Products Canada's plant modernization program, which has involved nearly $300 million in investments since 2008.

Highway 20, exit 92 (Boulevard de Mortagne), west on Mortagne. At the Ultramar gas station, turn right on chemin du Lac. The entrance to the Longueuil Complex is approximately 1 km away.
