TORONTO, April 4, 2013 /CNW/ - SEIU Healthcare, Canada's largest health care union, is available to comment on the study Portraits of Home Care in Canada released by the Canadian Home Care Association today which found that provinces are doing a lot of talking about the benefits of home care and have made commitments to fund it, but none have followed through.
