PwC to release the key findings of its annual BC Mining Industry Survey
VANCOUVER, April 25, 2013 /CNW/ - PwC will present the key findings of its 45th annual BC Mining Industry Survey at a news conference for media, industry and stakeholders on Tuesday, April 30 in conjunction with BC Mining Week. This latest PwC survey examines the 2012 aggregate year-over-year financial performance of BC's metal and coal mining sector. The survey includes operating mines, mines in the permitted or active permitting stage, those in advanced exploration stage and mines in the reclamation stage.
The survey highlights will be presented by:
Michael Cinnamond, Partner and Leader of PwC's BC Mining Industry practice; and
Marianne Carroll, Manager, PwC.
A guest panel of industry representatives will discuss the implications of the survey findings and provide an outlook for the year ahead. The panel members are:
