PwC will present key findings of annual BC Mining Industry Survey
VANCOUVER, May 9, 2014 /CNW/ - PwC will present the findings of its 46th annual BC Mining Industry Survey at a news conference on Wednesday, May 14 as part of BC Mining Week.
The PwC survey examines the 2013 aggregate year-over-year financial performance of BC's coal and metals mining sector. The survey includes operating mines, mines in the permitted or active permitting stage, advanced exploration and mines in the reclamation stage.
PwC survey highlights will be presented by:
Mark Platt, Partner and Leader of the BC Mining practice at PwC; and
Marianne Carroll, Manager, PwC.
A panel of government and industry representatives will provide comments and an outlook for the year ahead.
