What: The Beer Store has been dedicated to making advancements in e-commerce and the digital channel over the last several years with the introduction of a mobile application and digital pricing screens in-store. Last year The Beer Store introduced Beer Xpress, a service that allows customers to pre-order their beer online for pick up in-store.
Now, based on customer feedback and market research, they are enhancing the current platform to make shopping easier and more convenient for customers.
Beer Xpress is part of The Beer Store's commitment to the Province of Ontario to modernize and improve the customer experience within its retail network.
