At the Benefits Summit 2012 event, The Conference Board of Canada will publicly reveal the findings of its survey among 360 medium and large-size Canadian organizations on employer-sponsored benefit programs.

		Joanne Lynn Moore, Senior Benefits Strategy and Design Manager at IBM Canada and the Caribbean North District, will discuss IBM's strategy in maintaining benefits given the increasing cost to an organization.

		"Stress" at Work: Is Stress Management the Solution?
		Richard Earle, Managing Director at Canadian Institute of Stress and the Hans Selye Foundation, will explain that stress is often applied misleadingly in various series of events. He will share his perspective on creating a vital workplace while addressing stress.
