OTTAWA, Sept. 27, 2016 /CNW/ - A joint announcement will be made by the following Ministers:

• The Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Environment and Climate Change;
• The Honourable Jim Carr, Minister of Natural Resources; and
• The Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard.
