The Smilezone Foundation has included 14 large murals with themes of the seasons, music, movies and graffiti.
"On behalf of the Foundation's Board of Directors, we are very proud of the Smilezone transformation at CAMH. We hope these revitalized spaces will help to brighten children and youths' days while spending time at CAMH," said Scott Bachly, Co-Chair and Founding Member of Smilezone.
To date, Smilezone has transformed 200 spaces and now CAMH is one of them and we couldn't be happier with the final product.
"We are grateful for Smilezone Foundation's partnership and support in transforming child and youth spaces at CAMH," said Deborah Gillis, President and CEO of the CAMH Foundation.
"These Smilezones are bright, colourful and, above all, youth-friendly. Every young person who comes to us for mental health care will feel welcome, no matter what challenges they're facing."
