Media Advisory - Can Canada Burst its Bitumen Bubble? Report and Media Conference

CALGARY, Feb. 5, 2013 /CNW/ - There is no question that Alberta is suffering a loss of revenue caused by the so-called bitumen bubble - the difference in price between Alberta bitumen and world prices.  Ending that price difference requires getting our oil to new markets.

But are those markets ready for our oil?  Or are new, thirsty markets just a pipe-dream?

The answer will be provided at a media conference to be held by Prof. Michal Moore of The School of Public Policy.  His report will be released at the media conference.
