OTTAWA, June 20, 2013 /CNW/ - As part of International Olympic Day celebrated worldwide on June 23, Canadian Olympians and Paralympians invite the public to participate in an Olympic Fair at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) Teddy Bears' Picnic, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 22, 2013, on the grounds of Rideau Hall.
The Fair will feature appearances by His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, His Worship Jim Watson, Mayor of Ottawa, and 18 athletes, as well as 15 sport demonstrations. Media are invited for interviews and photo opportunities.
