OTTAWA, Sept. 9 /CNW/ - On September 9, the Ontario Superior Court will render its verdict in the Kyle Freeman vs. Canadian Blood Services trial. Dr. Graham Sher, Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Blood Services, will provide official reaction and answer questions about the policy that defers men who have sex with men (MSM) from giving blood.
