WHAT:  Randy Powell, President & CEO of Rocky Mountaineer will be available for comment on Rocky Mountaineer's support of today's historic signing of the Land, Rail, Marine and Air Transport Preclearance by delegates from the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America as part of the Beyond the Border Action Plan.
