    What: The release of the 2010 Composite Learning Index (CLI), Canada's
    annual learning index. The 2010 CLI will provide updated scores for more
    than 4,500 cities, towns and rural communities across the country, and
    for the first time will offer analysis of trends on learning over five
    years.

What is the Composite Learning Index (CLI)?
