Patient-Centred Models of Care

TORONTO, Nov. 18 /CNW/ - Cancer Care Ontario will release the third Ontario Cancer Plan on Tuesday, November 23. The Ontario Cancer Plan 2011-2015 outlines the priorities for cancer services and calls for an investment of approximately $800 million over the next four years.  The third edition of the Plan sets out a course to transform cancer services from the patient perspective and is driven by a commitment to quality from prevention to palliative care as the most effective way to manage cancer.
