Media Advisory - Cancer Quality Council of Ontario releases 2016 Cancer System Quality Index

TORONTO, May 18, 2016 /CNW/ - On Wednesday, May 18, 2016 the Cancer Quality Council of Ontario (CQCO) will release the results of its 2016 Cancer System Quality Index (CSQI), an interactive web-based public reporting tool used to measure the performance of the cancer system in Ontario. The CQCO is an advisory group that guides Cancer Care Ontario and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care in their efforts to improve the quality of cancer care in the province. Virginia McLaughlin, Chair of the CQCO will present the results of the CSQI and will be available, along with Michael Sherar, President and CEO, CCO after the presentation to answer questions.
