MEDIA ADVISORY - CAS Attempts To Break World Record to Raise Awareness During
Use Your Voice Campaign
OTTAWA, Sept. 24 /CNW Telbec/ - The Children's Aid Society of Ottawa has partnered with Hot 89.9FM and Place D'Orleans to attempt a Guinness World Record(TM)! The aim of the event is to bring awareness to the community's responsibility and role in ensuring the well-being of children and youth in Ottawa. The record attempt will consist of 250 people singing live on the radio in a single venue. Coordinated with NewCap radio and Place D'Orleans, the CAS is inviting members of the public to use their voice and stand up for kids by singing Bill Withers' Lean on Me song, live on the radio.
