MONTRÉAL, Feb. 7, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Media representatives are invited to attend a technical briefing during which an update on the Réseau électrique métropolitain (REM) project will be provided.
Macky Tall, President and CEO of CDPQ Infra, and Jean-Marc Arbaud, Deputy Managing Director, will be present at the technical briefing.
The briefing will be followed by a press conference during which Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec President and CEO, Michael Sabia, Québec Premier, Philippe Couillard, Canadian Minister of Transport, Marc Garneau, and Montréal Mayor, Valérie Plante, will take questions from journalists.

The closed briefing will begin at 8:15 a.m. A press packet and USB key will be handed out at the start of the closed briefing. Their content will remain under embargo until 9:10 a.m. Once the closed briefing begins, no one will be allowed to leave the technical briefing room or communicate with anyone outside the room.
Approved devices
Only laptop computers will be authorized in the technical briefing room. The Wi-Fi network will be disabled in the room until 9:10 a.m., when the embargo is lifted.
Devices not allowed
Wireless communication tools such as smart phones, tablets, and watches that connect to the internet will need to be left on a specially reserved table in the technical briefing room. Personalized envelopes will be made available.
