OTTAWA, Oct. 20, 2013 /CNW/ - Canada's Citizenship and Immigration Minister, Chris Alexander, will officially kick-off Citizenship Week 2013 by welcoming 50 new Canadian citizens at a special ceremony at the CN Tower.
Canada's Citizenship Week (October 21-27) is a celebration of Canadian history, traditions, culture, values and pride. It provides Canadians with an opportunity to reflect on what it means to be Canadian, including our rights and responsibilities.
