What: A press conference to address proposed changes to the 2010 National Building Code of Canada (NBCC)

Why: From October 15 to December 23, 2013, the Canadian Commission on Building and Fire Codes (CCBFC) is conducting its annual public review of proposed changes to the 2010 National Building Code of Canada (NBCC). Cement Association of Canada (CAC) President and CEO Michael McSweeney is holding a press conference to urge that Canadians' safety be the top priority before adopting any new regulations in the NBCC.
